		<description>Sled GHR Medley (you can call it the Toledano Medley when I&#039;m famous)

So we have 3 interns...
First intern starts pushing sled, when he reaches the end he starts GHRs. He has to stop when the next intern reaches the end and gets the 3rd interns push to recover for his next trip. Rinse and repeat.

First intern to 50 (or 100? I&#039;d puke at 1) total GHRs wins. As many trips on the sled as needed.</description>

		<description>The strongman medley was pretty good all round. Maybe you can throw in a bodyweight circuit at the end (burpees, pushups, lat jumps etc) just to increase the liklihood of someone losing their lunch.</description>
