Steve Cishek Gets Big League Call-Up
Cressey Performance client, Steve Cishek, received his first call to the big leagues on Sunday. After a strong season culminating in a Southern League Championship (double-a), Steve found himself in a Marlins uniform on Monday.
Beyond just having a good minor league season, Steve’s promotion is the result of a winter of hard work. His commitment to off-season training was reflected by the decision to make the 3+ hour round-trip from his home in Falmouth, MA to Cressey Performance four days per week from October through January.

Tim Collins Receives Post-Season Awards
Timothy “Waterhorse” Collins had an impressive 2010 baseball season. After averaging nearly 14 strikeouts per nine innings following more than 70 innings of relief, Tim has received a number of post-season awards. These honors include the Sporting News Relief Pitcher of the Year and an invitation to represent the United States in the 2010 Pan American Qualifying Tournament in Puerto Rico.
