After logging an average of five training sessions per week throughout the fall and winter here at Cressey Performance, Charlie Butler is healthy and ready to put together a particularly strong senior baseball season. Charlie is bound for the University of Maine this coming fall.

Cressey Performance athlete and Southern New Hampshire University pitcher Tim Flight excelled this week, earning both Pitcher and Player of the Week honors for the Northeast-10 Conference. Tim has compiled a record of 4-0 with a 0.52ERA thus far in 2012.

Ryan Flaherty on the Orioles radar for a big league spot
CP’s Ryan Flaherty is on the cusp of breaking through to the big league level with the Baltimore Orioles after being selected in December’s annual Rule 5 Player Draft.
