Scott Weismann (Cubs AA) has been promoted to the Cubs double-A affiliate. Scott has now climbed through three levels of the Chicago system in 2012.
Steve Cishek (Marlins) will likely be making his Fenway Park debut at some point during the next three nights. Having grown up in the Cape, Steve is obviously excited about the opportunity. Story

CP is excited for today’s Massachusetts Division 1 State Championship Game, featuring Xavarian HS vs. Algonquin Regional HS in Worcester, MA. There will be 6 Cressey Performers between the two rosters, including Xavarian starting pitcher, Alex Person. Good luck to everyone involved!

Tim Collins (Royals) earned a win out of the bullpen for the 2nd consecutive evening. Tim tossed a scoreless 9th, allowing a walk and striking out two to close out a sweep of the Brewers. Tim is now 4-0 with a 2.04ERA. Box
