Greg Robins is an experienced strength and conditioning coach, and has spent time working in multiple areas of fitness. He attributes much of his success to lessons learned through his own training, working with multiple populations, and a desire to constantly learn, share and improve.A former athlete, Greg lettered as a catcher on both the high school and collegiate levels. Greg is also an active member of the Massachusetts ARMY National Guard. In 2011 he was selected as distinguished honor graduate of his Officer Candidate School class (OCS), as well as given the Yankee Delta award for outstanding achievement on the ARMY physical fitness exam.

He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS), Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach (Pn1), and a Certified Kettlebell Instructor (RKC).
