Miguel Aragoncillo began his time at Cressey Sports Performance as an intern in the fall of 2012, and returned in 2014 as a full-time strength and conditioning coach at the Massachusetts location. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2010.Prior to returning to CSP, Miguel spent 2013-14 working with CSP alumni Kevin Neeld at Endeavor Sports Performance in New Jersey. There, he focused primarily on youth hockey development, working with players from the PeeWee level all the way to athletes in the professional ranks. Further, Miguel has experience training the continuum of youth athletes in a wide range of sports.
Miguel holds a number of certifications – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Health Fitness Specialist (HFS) through the American College of Sports Medicine, and Level 1 TRX Group Instructor, among others.
Outside of his professional interests, Miguel pursues powerlifting, along with actively breakdancing to this day. Most recently he has been interweaving his professional passion with his hobby of dance to provide a better standard of movement quality for performing artists and elite level dancers. Through this avenue, he has been a guest speaker for several dance organizations along the east coast.
